Guided Open Studio Hours

Service Description

Open Studio is designed for students who have taken pottery classes before and want to work independently, but may need occasional technical support. An instructor will be in the studio during class time hours to answer any questions. Participants will have access to: Δ5 electric firings Studio glazes Equipment (wheels, slab roller, extruder, etc.) Half shelf to store work, depending on availability. Clay is not included, but it is available for purchase at the studio. Otherwise, it can be purchased at Ceramica in Cary. Outside clay must be approved by the instructor. Minimum of 3 students for class to meet enrollment. Missed class time cannot be made up. Ages 16 & up (Experience working with clay required)
